Affirmations are short positive sentences that are used to challenge negative thoughts. Affirmations are a great way to motivate and encourage you and have even been shown to reduce stress. This journal includes daily journal pages to track your affirmations, gratitude, and thoughts for the day. Various exercises are included to help you shift your mindset, as well as affirmation worksheets to help you create and review your affirmations.

When journaling your affirmations, use present tense, such as "I am" or "I have." Use positive words and emotions (avoiding words like can't, shouldn't, won't, etc.).

Keep your affirmation concise.

If your affirmation is only one or two sentences long, it is easier to remember and internalize. Affirmations are great for motivating you to take action in your life and encouraging you to move toward a greater sense of well-being. Affirmations remind us just how important mindset is in changing how we experience our lives.
